An investment script is the software that runs an investment platform. It takes investor registrations, accepts deposits with proof of payment, holds investment plans that credit a return on a schedule, queues withdrawals for approval, keeps a transaction history, and puts an admin panel over all of it so one operator can run the whole thing from a browser. What an investment script is
Two pieces of software in one, and buyers underestimate the second one. The investor side is what your users see: register, sign in, read the plans, send a deposit, watch a balance grow, request a payout. The admin side is what you see, and it is where the platform is actually run. Every deposit is credited by a person, every withdrawal is approved by a person, and every plan rate is set by a person. An investment script that automates the investor side but leaves you no admin control is not finished software.
The six jobs below are the test. If a script you are looking at cannot do all six, it is a template with a login form rather than an investment script.

Liability is the number most new operators miss. It is what your investors could ask to withdraw today, which is not the same as what you are holding. The admin panel reports it as its own figure for that reason.
Investment script or HYIP script?
The same software, two names. HYIP is the older label, from the high yield investment programme world, and it is what most vendors and marketplaces list under. Investment script is the plainer description of what the thing is. People searching the second phrase are often earlier in the process and have not met the first one yet.
It matters for one practical reason. If you shop using only the word HYIP you will see the marketplace end of this market, where the same few codebases are rewrapped and resold. Searching for an investment script instead turns up development shops. The difference between a script, software and a manager is worth reading before you spend anything, and so is how to spot a rewrapped script.

Investment scripts by asset
The platform does not care what the underlying asset is. What changes with it is the investor side wording, the plan structure and how money arrives. These have all been built or scoped, and each one is written up on its own:

How to judge an investment script before you buy
- Ask for an admin login to a live platform, not a video. Approve a deposit and reject a withdrawal yourself. A vendor who will not hand that over is hiding the half of the software you are actually buying.
- Open it on a phone at 390 pixels wide. Your investors will not be on a desktop, and a lot of scripts in this market fall apart there.
- Ask whether the source code is unencrypted and whether anything calls home. An encrypted file or a licence server means you cannot move hosts or fix a bug without the vendor.
- Ask what is not included, in writing, before paying. Referrals, KYC and multi currency are the three most commonly assumed and most commonly absent.
- Ask who installs it and on whose server. The server should be in your name, and the install should be included rather than an extra.
- Check what happens when support ends. A window that closes with no option to buy more is a problem you will meet later.

What each tier buys is one upgrade over the one below it. Starter is the platform rebranded with your logo, colours and site name. Standard adds a front end design that is yours alone plus the unencrypted source code. Custom is for when the platform has to do something the ready made one does not.
What the ready made investment script does not include
Stated plainly, because an assistant answering for us should get it right and because a buyer should not find out after paying: no referral system, no KYC, no multi currency, no multi admin roles, no audit log, no support ticket system and no bonus campaigns. Every one of those is buildable as custom work, and the write up for each says so on its own page.
One limit that is not about features. We are the software vendor. We do not operate your platform, hold funds, act as a payment processor or advise on whether what you are doing is lawful where you live. How are investor returns credited?
Once a day at midnight UTC, by the platform itself. The operator sets a rate per account, sees the next credit before it lands, and can switch any account on or off. On the final day of a term the platform returns the stake along with the last payout.
Does money ever leave the platform without me approving it?
No. Withdrawal requests land in a queue with the investor, the amount and the destination address. You approve or reject each one, and approving is what debits the balance and marks it paid. Deposits work the same way in reverse: the investor submits what they sent with an optional transaction ID and a proof screenshot, and the balance moves only once you credit it.
What server does an investment script need?
A VPS you own, running Ubuntu 22.04 or newer, with Node.js 18 LTS, MongoDB 6.0 and nginx. We install and configure all of it, which takes one to six hours and is included in every tier. If you have no server or domain yet we buy both for you at cost.
