Who we are and what we sell

investmentscript.com sells self-hosted investment platform software. You receive the application, we install and configure it on a server you control, and from that point you own and operate it. We are a software vendor. We do not run your platform, hold your funds, or take custody of anything belonging to you or your users.

What you are buying

The tier you choose is listed on the pricing table on our homepage and that table is the agreement. Delivery times stated there are working estimates from the moment we have what we need from you, which is server access and your branding.

Refunds

Before delivery, a full refund, no questions. If you have paid and we have not yet installed anything or sent you any files, ask on Telegram and we return the payment in full.

If we fail to deliver, a full refund. If we do not deliver what the pricing table describes within the time agreed, and the delay is ours rather than waiting on access or information from you, you get your money back.

If it is materially not what was described, a full refund. If the platform does not do something the pricing table or the product pages say it does, tell us. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we refund you.

After delivery, refunds are not available. Once the source code is on your server it cannot be returned, and we have no way to un-deliver it. This is why the entire product walkthrough is public with no signup, why every screen on this site is a real screenshot of the software, and why we will send you admin credentials to a live platform before you pay. Evaluate the actual backend first. Ask anything you are unsure about on Telegram, and ask it before you buy rather than after.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be contested with the delivery record. Message us instead. Every problem we have had to date was solved in a conversation.

What you are responsible for

You are responsible for how you operate the platform and for complying with the law where you and your users are. That includes financial services regulation, registration and licensing requirements, tax, consumer protection, and data protection. Whether you may lawfully accept deposits or advertise returns is a question for a lawyer in your jurisdiction, not for us.

The software is a tool. What you do with it is yours.

What we warrant, and what we do not

We warrant that the software performs as the product pages describe at the time we deliver it. We do not warrant that it is fit for any particular business model, that it will be profitable, that returns you offer your users are sustainable, or that operating it is lawful where you are.

We are not liable for losses arising from how the platform is operated, for funds held or owed to your users, for downtime on infrastructure we do not control, or for actions taken by a third party who obtains access to your server or admin panel. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us.

Support

Support runs on Telegram and only on Telegram. The window included with your tier is listed on the pricing table. Support covers the software working as delivered. It does not cover running your business, writing your content, or advising on regulation.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Changes are not retroactive: what applied when you bought is what applies to your purchase.
