Who we are and what we sell

investmentscript.com sells self-hosted investment platform software. You receive the application, we install and configure it on a server you control, and from that point you own and operate it. We are a software vendor. We do not run your platform, hold your funds, or take custody of anything belonging to you or your users.

What you are buying

The tier you choose is listed on the pricing table on our homepage and that table is the agreement. Delivery times stated there are working estimates from the moment we have what we need from you, which is server access and your branding.

The ready made platform operates in a single asset or currency, chosen by you at setup. It is not a multi currency platform. Running several assets or currencies side by side is custom work, scoped and quoted separately, and it is not included in the Starter or Standard tier.

Refunds

There is one refundable case: we do not start within 24 hours. If you buy the ready made platform, the Bitcoin investment platform sold on this site, and we have not started work within 24 hours of having your payment and your server access, and we gave you no notice of a wait beforehand, ask on Telegram and we return the payment in full.

If we tell you about a wait before you pay, the 24 hours does not apply. When we say in advance that there is a queue, or name a date we will start on, that notice is the timing you agreed to and it replaces the 24 hour window. We tell you before taking payment, not after.

Once we start, there is no refund. Started means work on your order has begun: your server details taken and the install under way, or any configuration, branding or development begun on it. From that point the payment is not returnable, whether or not the platform has been handed over yet.

The 24 hours runs from when we have everything we need. That is the payment, access to your server, and your branding. Time spent waiting on you for any of those is not our delay and does not count toward the window.

Custom builds are governed by the contract, not by this page. Anything scoped and quoted as custom work, including another asset, a different payout model, a crypto trading or exchange platform or an iGaming platform, runs on terms we agree in writing with you before development starts. Scope, milestones, payment schedule and what happens if either side stops are settled there. That agreement is what applies to a custom order, and this page neither overrides it nor adds a separate right to a refund. If a refund is not in the agreement, there is not one; read it before you sign it and ask about anything you are not comfortable with.

This is why we push the product at you before you pay. Software on your own server cannot be returned, and work already done cannot be undone, so the time to decide is before you buy. The entire product walkthrough is public with no signup, every screen on this site is a real screenshot of the software, and we will send you admin credentials to a live platform so you can drive it yourself. Evaluate the actual backend first, and ask anything you are unsure about on Telegram before you buy rather than after.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be contested with the record of the work done and when it started. Message us instead. Every problem we have had to date was solved in a conversation.

What you are responsible for

You are responsible for how you operate the platform and for complying with the law where you and your users are. That includes financial services regulation, registration and licensing requirements, tax, consumer protection, and data protection. Whether you may lawfully accept deposits or advertise returns is a question for a lawyer in your jurisdiction, not for us.

The software is a tool. What you do with it is yours.

What we warrant, and what we do not

We warrant that the software performs as the product pages describe at the time we deliver it. We do not warrant that it is fit for any particular business model, that it will be profitable, that returns you offer your users are sustainable, or that operating it is lawful where you are.

We are not liable for losses arising from how the platform is operated, for funds held or owed to your users, for downtime on infrastructure we do not control, or for actions taken by a third party who obtains access to your server or admin panel. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us.

Support

Support runs on Telegram and only on Telegram. The window included with your tier is listed on the pricing table. Support covers the software working as delivered. It does not cover running your business, writing your content, or advising on regulation.

This website itself

These terms cover what you buy from us, not your visit to this website. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and sets the cookies that come with it. Nothing else here tracks you, there is no account to create and nothing to sign. The privacy policy says exactly what is collected and how to refuse it.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Changes are not retroactive: what applied when you bought is what applies to your purchase.
